Autograph Hell

For all you baseball fans out there gearing up for the start of a new season, here is a celebrity photograph from my collection you'll appreciate.   For those of you that don't recognize the photo, William "Buck" Showalter is an major league baseball manager for the Baltimore Orioles.  Showalter previously served in a similar capacity for the New York Yankees, Arizona Diamondbacks and Texas Rangers.  He was formerly a professional baseball player himself and a television analyst for ESPN.   A two-timeAmerican Leage Manager of the Year, Showalter Showalter has earned a reputation for building baseball teams into postseason contenders in short periods of time.   He helped the Yankees rise from the bottom half of the AL East to first place before a player's strike prematurely ended the 1994 campaign.  Under his watch, my favorite team the Arizona Diamondbacks made their first-ever playoff appearance in only its second year of existence....

Over the weekend I attended the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Atlanta Braves baseball game with my wife Rose.  This game was a historical baseball event as it was Chipper Jones' last game as an Atlanta Brave in Chase Field. I was lucky enough to get to meet him and I hope the rest of his last season is as great as the game was at Chase Field! Here is a fun picture to share with you!  I met Dodger Pitcher Hiroki Kuroda at the Diamondbacks vs. Dodgers game on 9/28.  The Dodgers won that game 7-5.   A little information about Hiroki Kuroda -  Kuroda is 36 years old and started his MLB career in 2004 after playing in Japan for 10 years.  Kuroda is a right handed pitcher, his fastball has reached 97 mph, and he's had 523 strike outs so far in his MLB career!  Kuroda is a legend in Japan and in 2004 helped the Japan National Baseball Team earn an Olympic bronze medal.  Impressive career!  It was an honor to meet him!   Order your copy of Autograph Hell today by clicking HERE!
